On Site Support
Should a telephone support problem fail to be resolved over the phone, we would schedule a support specialist for an on-site visit as soon as possible, generally the same or next day.
On site support visits are not covered by our Telephone Support Contract, and would be charged at our normal site visit rates. However, our Telephone Support Contract customers receive priority if a site visit is required.
Because we have over 16 Years experience in providing business solutions and maintain an experienced technical support team, we are able to offer a swift and reliable service to get our customers up and running again with minimum disruption.
For new clients or those without a telephone support contract we offer on-site support from a member of our technical support team charged at our normal site visit rates. Our site visit charges include all mileage costs incurred (subject to our terms and conditions)
