Support Overview...

PLAN:IT Business Systems was established in 1990, and was founded by the partners with over 20 years experience each in the business. This enables us to provide various methods of the highest quality support, from telephone support to onsite visits.

Below are just some of the support services we are able to offer:

We provide traditional On-site support and assistance charged at our standard daily rates which are also available outside office hours.

We provide e-mail support during office hours, to solve problems quickly and easily.

Telephone support is provided from 9:00am to 5:00pm Monday to Friday with the exception of public holidays and lunchtimes (12:30pm to 1:30pm)

We support many popular desktop operating systems such as Windows 95/98/ME, NT4, 2000, and XP-Pro.

We support on Accpac, Sage, Sybiz, Earnie, Microsoft, Symantec, and other products we supply.

We support on all types of hardware such as Computers, Servers, Printers & Networks.

We also offer hi-tech desktop support via. Symantec PC Anywhere, this means we are able to view your screen , control your mouse and keyboard and correct problems as if we were there in your office.
