PLAN:IT Business Systems offers its clients a comprehensive maintenance plan that provides the assurance and security of having one of the most extensive support contracts available. Telephone support can be supplemented with the use of PC Anywhere, VNC or Citrix Metaframe/Terminal Services and a modem at extra cost.

  • We support on Accpac, Sage, Sybiz, Earnie, Microsoft, Symantec, and other products we supply.
  • We support on all types of hardware such as Computers, Servers, Printers & Networks.
  • We also offer hi-tech desktop support via. Symantec PC Anywhere and VNC, so we can see your screen, control your mouse and keyboard and correct problems as if we were there in your office.

Upon request, technical support is given by telephone, fax, e-mail, and postal mail, as to the use of the Software and diagnosis of any problems with the use of the Software. 

This service shall be provided 9.00am till 12.30pm and 1.30pm till 5.00pm, Monday to Friday (excluding English public holidays) through the PLAN:IT Business Systems support department.
